Escalating Demand Creates Need to Expand Workforce and Increase Office Space Sizes
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Invenio Solutions, a full-service sales firm focused on high-quality lead development and outsourced sales services for business-to-business organizations, today announced it has been experiencing continuous company growth, evidenced by an expanding workforce and multiple office space expansions in a little over a year.
Essential to support the commitments of numerous new and renewed client engagements, Invenio has been steadily growing its workforce. From 2011 to 2012, Invenio’s workforce expanded by over 45% across the company’s five office locations throughout the United States and Canada.
To accommodate this ongoing growth in its workforce, Invenio has had multiple office expansions. Invenio’s Winchester, Virginia, office recently relocated to a new office space, moving them from 7,000 to 12,000 square feet and representing phase one of the expansion plans for that location. One of the largest office build-outs by a privately held company in the Winchester area in the past five years, the new location incorporates multiple forward-thinking design concepts intended to promote a healthy work environment. Phase two, scheduled for Spring 2013, will consist of adding 5,000 square feet to the space.
At its corporate headquarters in Austin, Texas, a key line of business has doubled in the last year. To make room for additional employees and accommodate future expansion needs, Invenio recently opened a second location in Austin which is over 12,000 square feet.
Additionally, as part of its recent expansion activities, Invenio entered into the Canadian market, opening an office location in Mississauga, Ontario in 2011.
