CONWAY, Ark., Oct. 24, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc.'s (Nasdaq:HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, Board of Directors declared a regular $0.13 per share quarterly cash dividend payable December 5, 2012, to shareholders of record November 14, 2012. This cash dividend represents a $0.05 per share, or 62.5%, increase over the $0.08 cash dividend paid during the fourth quarter of 2011 and is an 8% increase over the cash dividend paid during the third quarter of 2012.
