Leading IT Service Provider Adds to Association and Nonprofit Client Base
FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Technology Services, Inc. (ATS™)and Confluence announced today that ATS has completed an agreement to acquire Confluence Corporation’s network support and infrastructure services business. This transaction will allow Confluence to focus on the company’s core IT consulting, Salesforce, and website design and development practices.
For ATS, the acquisition provides a boost to the economies of scale for its help desk and managed services business, while offering new opportunities for deeper penetration of ATS’ existing private cloud services.
