MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PR News has named three IPREX agencies to their “Top Places to Work in PR” list. Borshoff (Indianapolis, IN), Eric Mower + Associates (Syracuse, NY), and Fahlgren Mortine (Columbus, OH) are recognized among 30 organizations, including Cisco Systems, The Walt Disney Company and Zappos.
Such attributes as professional development, quality work, philanthropy and culture stood out to the review panel, comprised of public relations executives and PR News staff. In what was one of the program’s highest entry years ever, applicants were required to answer questions about workplace culture, opportunities for advancement, mentoring programs, communication with supervisors, diversity and benefits, among other topics.
IPREX, the global network of communication agencies, is committed to the sharing of best practices among its partners, including staff development, employee benefits and internal communication programs.
IPREX Chair of Best Practices, Harri Kammonen (Manifesto Consulting, Helsinki), cited best practice-sharing among partners as a key benefit of IPREX membership: "The IPREX peer group contains some of the world’s most successful agencies, and our collegial approach ensures an environment in which best practices can be identified, communicated and stored effectively. We know a good deal about how these three agencies operate, and it is no surprise that they have been recognized in this way. Congratulations to them.”
IPREX is a $200 million network of communication agencies with 1,500 staff and 100 offices worldwide working across the spectrum of industry sectors and practice disciplines.
