He has more than 25 years of domestic and international experience working directly with universities, corporations and government agencies, helping plan and implement innovative and effective education and training solutions. Prior to joining ADEPTCentral, Flanagan served as Senior Vice President of Distance Learning Systems and then as Chief Information Officer for Whitney International University System. He helped build an international network of universities and developed a scalable distance-learning model supporting blended and online modalities in order to achieve the company's vision of mass access to quality higher education. He led regional IT teams and was responsible for improving campus systems and infrastructure and integrating cloud-based systems and e-Learning platforms to support rapid growth and enhance student experience. Flanagan also worked as Vice President of Customer and Technology Services and Vice President of Operations with Trinity Workplace Learning for 20 years where he helped launch and build the company's technology platforms and operations teams.
