BUCHAREST, Oct 1 (Reuters) - The Romanian central bank's foreign exchange reserves, excluding 103.7 tonnes of gold, rose by 1.47 billion euros on the month to 32.4 billion euros ($41.7 billion) at the end of September, central bank data showed on Monday.
Inflows were roughly 2.9 billion euros, helped largely by a September Eurobond issue by the finance ministry. Outflows were 1.4 billion euros.
Payments to service external public and publicly guaranteed debt maturing in October totalled 122.3 million euros.
