1WorldSync and Gladson Team to Help Brand Owners Deliver Trusted Product Content to Consumers

Relationship addresses consumer need for more accurate, detailed product information online and on smartphones

For over a decade, Gladson has been supporting leading websites and mobile apps with images and full label information - including nutritional information, ingredients and allergens - through a trusted database of consumer products from hundreds of manufacturers. The relationship between Gladson and 1WorldSync will leverage 1WorldSync’s Product Data Management Platform to increase the number of websites and mobile apps supported by Gladson e-content so consumers will be able to obtain the accurate and up-to-date product information they are seeking.

A recent Forrester study concluded that 44% of total retail sales will be impacted by the web in 2016. Thus, it is clear that consumers need a trusted source of product data to make their purchasing decisions. 1WorldSync and Gladson are working together to develop innovative solutions to ensure trusted product information is accessible by consumers through the Internet, smartphones and other delivery channels.
