NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, 2K Sports and Clear Channel Spectacolor announces that this evening people in Times Square can be the first to play the new NBA 2K13 and play it on a three story tall video screen. As excitement grows for the start of another NBA season, people visiting Times Square from 6 – 10 p.m. will be able to be their favorite team, such as the New York Knicks or Brooklyn Nets, while playing the new game on a Clear Channel Spectacolor billboard.
2K Sports will officially launch its new NBA 2K13 video game on Tuesday, and will celebrate the launch of this very popular video game with a Fan Zone in the middle of Times Square. An Xbox will be wirelessly connected to the 50 foot digital screen located at 46th Street and Broadway.
In addition to having lucky fans play the new game on the mammoth digital screen, 2K Sports will be giving away an Xbox, popular NBA jerseys and more than 300 basketballs to fans.
