Smart Groups make it easy to automate the delivery of highly targeted, contextually relevant messages and push notifications to consumers by auto-populating their membership in campaigns based on their real-time behavior, location and local time.

Smart Groups are auto-populated in real-time based on predefined filters, such as where the user is located, what they’ve done in the application, when they did it and how often. A series of quick menu selections in the web-based Engagement Manager provides powerful segmentation that can reinforce consumer behavior and optimize marketing effectiveness over time.
