IFS Americas CEO Jaudon Named Executive of the Year Finalist

ITASCA, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- IFS Americas President and CEO Cindy Jaudon has been recognized as a finalist for the Annual 2012 Golden Bridge Award for Woman Executive of the Year.

The coveted annual Golden Bridge Awards program, with active participation from a broad spectrum of industry voices, encompasses the world’s best in organizational performance, products and services, innovations, executives, management teams, deployments, public relations and marketing campaigns, websites, blogs, white-papers, videos and customer satisfaction programs from every major industry. Jaudon’s ability to ensure IFS’s customer satisfaction levels remain high over the long term has been of critical importance as the organization has grown. IFS’s customer satisfaction numbers have increased for the fourth straight year, even as product revenue in the region has grown by 96 percent. A recent IFS customer satisfaction survey found that 98 percent of customers were more than satisfied with IFS. Whether in this internally-administered study or other comparisons of vendor satisfaction, IFS’ levels of customer satisfaction are truly impressive. Some software vendors see customer satisfaction decline because, in order to grow, they sell to companies that might not be a good fit for the software. IFS America’s growth and customer satisfaction results suggest a disciplined approach and a focus on specific types of customers who are a good functional fit for IFS Applications.

In recent months, she has also overseen acquisitions of service management software company Metrix, LLC and a South American partner organization that has now become the LatinIFS division of IFS Americas.
