NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams Lea, a global leader in business process outsourcing has promoted Aurora Coya to Global Chief Operating Officer of its strategic document outsourcing business.

Williams Lea has a 25-year history of successfully serving large companies in the investment banking and legal sectors providing expertise and solutions which improve their document management and business communications.
Client feedback has led to the Group re-engineering its businesses to focus on global client management, innovation and best practice standards resulting in a more consistent delivery of services for existing and new clients around the world.
Aurora will lead the 8,700 employee base which serves more than 200 clients including centers of excellence in the US, UK, Asia Pacific and India. This internal promotion is part of the Group’s continued expansion and talent succession plan.
Aurora joined Williams Lea in September 2007 as the leader of the Americas region for strategic document outsourcing managing over 100 clients across a wide variety of industries. She successfully implemented large change programs for clients which have resulted in a successful, growing U.S business.

Aurora brought over 25 years experience in operational consulting services, marketing and sales support in the IT industry to Williams Lea. Prior to joining the company, she held executive-level roles with Keane, PeopleSoft Global Services, DMR Consulting Group and IBM.
