WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rocket Software ( today announced the availability of Rocket® BlueZone version 6.1, which includes new features and improvements to make accessing IBM Mainframe (TN3270), iSeries (TN5250), UNIX/DEC (VT), and Unisys (T27 & UTS) with BlueZone even faster and easier. With this release, Rocket terminal emulation users can now benefit from secure, reliable access to their host systems while leveraging the improved user experience and portability features of Windows 8.

  • New themes, including color schemes similar to Microsoft Office™
  • Configurable toolbar and status bar colors schemes
  • Per user ActiveX installation that allows standard users to download, install and update the BlueZone Web to Host Control
