Want Me Get Me Launch Provides Travelers VIP List Status, Perks And Amenities At Top Hotels; Signs Agreements With 200 Boutique And Luxury Hotels

NEW YORK, Oct. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Want Me Get Me, a free members-only hotel booking site that gives travelers exclusive access to perks and amenities usually reserved for celebrities, rock stars, and platinum rewards status priority guests at the world's best hotels, is launching a public beta today. For the first time, travelers pay standard hotel room rates and get to stay as VIPs — guaranteed — at a curated selection of hand-picked luxury and boutique hotels that compete for customers with a variety of complimentary perks in exchange for their booking.

When booking a hotel through Want Me Get Me, members get included on the hotel GM's VIP List, a room upgrade when available, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The GM's VIP List is used to ensure that the hotel's most high profile guests receive the upgraded treatment during their stay. Specifics of hotel VIP programs are highly secretive and can be quite lavish. In addition to room type, members decide which hotel to book based on a variety of complimentary amenities the hotel is offering. The amenities offered are entirely left to the discretion of each hotel but can include anything from the splurge — champagne upon arrival and cocktails for two — to the more practical — free valet parking and late check-out. All members signed in via Facebook Connect automatically have their profile photo sent to the hotel for inclusion on the GM's VIP List and instant recognition upon check-in. Also, members can discover who within their Facebook friend network has recommended a particular hotel. Recommendations and reviews are posted to the member's Facebook Timeline.
