As Titans fans storm back into LP field for the new season, Centerplate is ready with an exciting array of fan-focused facility improvements, mouthwatering new menu items inspired by local Nashville flavors and favorites, as well as a convenient new cocktail bar, and brew-pub kiosks.
New for the 2012-2013 game day menu is a series of new dishes sure to delight Titans fans:
- Jack Daniels BBQ Rib Sandwich
- Jack Daniels Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich, and BBQ Nachos
- Two large upper level full service cocktail bar kiosks
Centerplate is partnering this season with two local restaurateur brothers, Benjamin and Max Goldberg. Through the partnership, the Goldbergs will create several new concepts in the club and general admission levels. Items will include:
- Getch'er Po' Boys – grill carts that will offer Po' Boy Sandwiches made with Pork, Roast Beef, or Buffalo Turkey
- Brew Pub Sandwiches - kiosks serving sandwiches made of a fresh baked Kaiser roll layered with hand carved roast beef with pimento cheese or turkey with cheddar cheese and a green tomato chowchow
"Working with Benjamin, Max, and their chef Jason Brumm made it possible for us to capture true Nashville hospitality in these two new concepts," said John Sergi, Centerplate's Chief Design Officer. "And we're all looking forward to creating more local favorites together in the future."
Additionally in 2012-2013, Centerplate is introducing a new program in stadium suites called Chef Naturals. This new program features seven tasty dishes, some sports classics, and some-soon-to-be-favorites, all featuring naturally sourced ingredients including: wild white shrimp served with a spicy cocktail sauce and lemon and lime wedges, all natural meat frankfurters with caraway seed Riesling sauerkraut, tomato fondue, and natural potato rolls and Flourless Chocolate Cake with chipotle natural Mexican cocoa ganache and fresh strawberries among others.
Titans fans will also enjoy Centerplate's new fan appreciation program, the "Victory Select" menu, featuring fan-friendly stadium favorites at fan-friendly value pricing. Making it easier than ever to find these fan-friendly items, the Victory Select menu will be offered at virtually all general fare locations. Fans can learn more about the menu items on large graphical menu boards installed this season to showcase Victory Select. Also on the menu for health conscious fans is Centerplate's SnackSmart collection – two assortments of healthier for you snacks, including many gluten-free options.
