ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fusion Court Reporting (FusionCR2) (www.fusionreporting.com), one of the nation’s fastest growing court reporting service companies, announced that Bill Truchan has accepted the position of chief financial officer. This marks a first for Fusion and a move that demonstrates the continued evolution of the company.
Truchan is a seasoned legal industry executive, most serving as senior vice president for Integreon, one of the world’s largest providers of integrated legal, discovery, research and business solutions to professionals, with more than $100 million in annual revenue.
Truchan’s career spans 25 years in the legal industry; he has experience building and managing financial and operational teams in the litigation support and document management industries, including leading teams at IKON and most recently at OnSite. OnSite was acquired by Integreon in 2009.
"Adding the position of CFO – and particularly someone with Bill’s consistent track record of success – is a pivotal point in the growth of Fusion," said Craig Saunders, president of FusionCR2. "He brings depth and breadth of expertise in process, finance and operations. Bill's significant accomplishments in the legal industry, including his role as CFO of OnSite and his contributions to its growth to $85 million in annual revenue per year, aligns perfectly with our vision for Fusion. We look forward to his leadership and contributions as we take this business to its next phase of growth."
"FusionCR2 is a company that has a very bright future for exceptional sales and profit growth, and I look forward to helping drive its strategic acquisitions at a rapid pace," Truchan said.
During his 14-year career at IKON, Truchan managed more than 250 acquisitions in the legal support industries before transitioning to manage the largest financial district for IKON as vice president of finance for the Mid-Atlantic region, representing more than $500 million in annualized revenue. Truchan was recognized as the youngest “partner” in IKON history for his individual performance, which had a direct impact on the stellar results in that region.
While with OnSite, first as CFO and then as COO, Truchan helped drive double-digit revenue growth from 2003 to 2008, while directing the launch of Electronic Evidence Labs and the development of the proprietary hosting platform eView, launched in 2007. During that period, OnSite was recognized by Gartner as a full service e-discovery provider. OnSite also was ranked as a top provider for four consecutive years in the Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey, receiving top marks for experience, processing capacity, production, data identification and expert witness services.
Truchan has a BBA in accounting and journalism from Temple University.
