ROUND ROCK, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dell Cloud Business Applications today announced that asset-based truckload carrier Western Express, Inc. has selected Dell to deliver an integrated cloud CRM solution with salesforce.com and application integration with Dell Boomi. Western Express’ solution improves visibility into customer needs and better aligns sales and operations.

Western Express is an asset-based truckload carrier headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee with over 2,400 trucks and operations located throughout the country. Operating in a highly competitive industry with intense profit margin pressure, aligning sales and operations to deliver superior customer service is critical. Western Express chose Dell to deliver an integrated cloud-based CRM solution using Dell Boomi to integrate salesforce.com to the company’s existing AS400-based system.
