(Adds reaction from Okada, Wynn representatives)
LAS VEGAS, Oct 2 (Reuters) - A Nevada judge on Tuesday ruled against dissident Wynn Resorts Ltd shareholder Kazuo Okada's motion for an injunction against a forced redemption of his 20 percent stake in the casino company.
The ruling means Okada would not be able to vote at the company's upcoming annual meeting, where he wanted to nominate two board members.
Representatives for Okada had no immediate comment. Robert Shapiro, an attorney for Wynn, said he was pleased the judge agreed with the company's position.
"We are confident we will prevail," he added.
A source close to Okada said he was looking at all options following the ruling.
