* Announces acquisition of redbird Class A equity interests & cross
packaging assets
* Says total consideration for the packaging assets consisted of $121.8 million
in cash
* Deal value includes working capital of approximately $36.8 million at closing
* Purchase of packaging assets was funded by availability under partnership's
existing credit facility
* Purchased remaining class a equity interests in redbird gas storage llc for
$150.0 million in cash
