GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- A wind turbine blade maker that said last week it is laying off 300 workers in Grand Forks, N.D. has now announced it is creating up to 300 jobs at a new factory in Brazil.
LM Wind Power said Tuesday in a statement that the Brazil plant will deliver blades to wind farms in Brazil and throughout South America.
