RYE BROOK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Broadview Networks, a leading provider of communications and IT services available nationwide, has released its new OfficeSuite® White Label service. This new service offering is designed to enhance Broadview’s current award-winning, cloud-based OfficeSuite® business phone system, and will be hosted entirely within Broadview’s fully meshed IP network.
OfficeSuite® White Label is offered as a turn-key solution to resellers, suppliers and partners, and gives these partners complete control over branding, system and service management for their business end-users. OfficeSuite® White Label provides an advanced IP-based phone system that includes more than 40 features, a robust calling plan and an easy-to-use web portal to manage the service.
Resellers and wholesalers using OfficeSuite® White Label will have total installation, messaging and customer control, as well as access to a complete library of Broadview marketing and customer service literature, to ensure quick and easy custom branding. Broadview will also continue to support its partners by providing instant access to dedicated wholesale and customer service teams.
“The new White Label version of OfficeSuite will provide resellers with a seamless transition to offering a hosted VoIP phone system, while minimizing the technical, operational and capital expense investments required to offer this product on their own,” said Broadview’s Senior Vice President of wholesale services, Michael Hou. “We wanted to give our partners full access to the OfficeSuite system and features, making it easy for them to brand and sell successfully.”
Carriers who want to license OfficeSuite® White Label and run the platform on their own network can do so as well. Those carriers will have access to the same features and technical support as partners who choose to use Broadview’s advanced IP network.
