Taiwan stocks end flat; PC makers weigh

TAIPEI, Oct 4 (Reuters) - Taiwan stocks ended flat on Thursday, with computer shares

the top losers, down 1.65 percent, after Hewlett-Packard Co warned of an unexpectedly steep earnings slide in 2013. The main TAIEX index closed down 2.29 points at 7,682.34, after opening flat. HP's contract makers, Quanta and Compal ,

shed 3.99 percent and 3.61 percent respectively. PC maker Acer
