NAIROBI, Oct 4 (Reuters) - The Central Bank of Kenya said on Thursday it was offering a two-year Treasury bond worth up to 12 billion shillings ($141.51 million)for sale this month.
The re-opened bond is on sale until Oct.23 and will be auctioned a day later, with its proceeds being used for budgetary support.
A two-year bond fetched a weighed average yield of 11.114 percent at auction in August, down from 13.826 percent at the previous sale in April. ($1 = 84.8000 Kenyan shillings)
