CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intuit QuickBooks, the #1 rated small business financial software, is coming to InsightSquared, the leading Software-as-a-Service analytics suite for small and medium-sized businesses.
With this offering, QuickBooks customers will be able to visualize their financial metrics alongside other information such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data from Salesforce.com and telephony data from ShoreTel Sky (formerly M5 Networks).
Centralizing a company’s data in InsightSquared will enable the entire organization to make better, data-driven business decisions. The interactive dashboards will provide users an easy way to understand their firm’s financial data and to adopt a strategy based on the numbers.
“Adding QuickBooks to our list of data connectors is a huge step in positioning us as a one-stop-shop for end-to-end analytics,” said Fred Shilmover, CEO and co-founder of InsightSquared. “Giving sales managers access to actual financial data is extremely important for more accurate analysis and will make it easier than ever to have solid data backing up a team’s strategic business decisions.”
This new offering will help customers:
- find discrepancies between Booked versus Actual Revenue, down to the deal level,
- view multiple QuickBooks source files in one place,
- and visualize their revenue as interactive trend charts to see revenue at any point in their history.
“To have our CRM information connected with our QuickBooks information is really helpful,” said Sarah Wachter, Research Team Manager at The Bowdoin Group. “It gives us transparency into what we’re billing and what we’re collecting so we know we’re working on clients that makes the most business sense for us.”
The integrated solution will be available in Q4 of 2012.
