MODESTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Lucky and Save Mart Supermarket Facebook fans are going to “like” the new Candy vs. Candy tournament and sweepstakes which launched Monday, October 1, and runs to the end of the month. Each week, two well-known candies will face off in order to see who is more likable according to the Lucky and Save Mart Facebook and Twitter audiences. Fans and followers are encouraged to comment on Facebook and reply on Twitter to determine which candy advances.
One Facebook friend from Lucky and Save Mart will be the Grand Prize winner of $5,000 in Lucky or Save Mart gift cards, which basically covers a year of free groceries. A drawing early in November will randomly pick the two grand prize winners and be announced via Facebook and Twitter.
To enter and participate in the Candy vs. Candy tournament, just “like” Lucky or Save Mart at http://www.facebook.com/LuckySupermarkets or http://www.facebook.com/savemart. Facebook friends can enter the sweepstakes once daily through the application on Facebook or by visiting www.candyvscandy.com or www.luckycandyvscandy.com. All rules and restrictions are detailed on the Facebook applications.
Lucky and Save Mart Supermarkets “like” candy (in moderation, of course) this time of year, and we’re excited to hear from our friends on Facebook who “like” candy as well.
