SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. (OTCBB: ECPN) confirmed today that after receiving very good results on the assays of 180 tons of concentrates that the Company is preparing to process the tonnage. The contracted plant, located in Houston, Texas, is in the final stages of an equipment upgrade and should complete the processing shortly.
In addition the Company confirms that it will be holding the previously announced shareholder informational meeting on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The meeting will be held at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, at 7200 N. Scottsdale Road, and begin at 10 am.
As reported in September, the agenda for the meeting, according to John F. Stapleton, Company Chairman of the Board of Directors, will include an update on the Strategic Plan presented in 2011, accomplishments over the past year, and a reiteration of the Company’s focus related to the sale of the property.
