MARLTON, N.J. and GURGAON, India, Oct. 5, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it has received two contracts from DLF Ltd., one of the largest real estate companies in India, to provide project management consultancy services on two projects in India. The three-year contracts have a combined estimated value to Hill of approximately INR 489 million ($9.4 million).
Both projects are part of DLF City, Phase V, located in Gurgaon, India. The first project is a super-luxury residential development while the second is the DLF Horizon Centre, a multi-story commercial complex featuring Grade A offices and high-end retail accommodating numerous luxury brands.
