sold $270 million of senior unsecured notes on Friday in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
