Oct 8 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on Monday:


U.S. stock index futures fell on Monday after the World Bank cut its growth forecasts for East Asia, highlighting concerns about the global economic climate and corporate profits ahead of the upcoming earnings season.

S&P 500 futures fell 0.4 percent, the Dow Jones industrial average futures were down 0.33 percent, and Nasdaq 100 futures shed 0.44 percent.

** INNOSPEC INC , Friday close $34.35

The chemicals maker said it received a buyout proposal from Innospec for $721.3 million, topping an offer made by private equity firms First Reserve Corp and SK Capital Partners.

** UNITEDHEALTH GROUP INC , Friday close $57.13

The health insurer said it would buy a 90 percent stake in Amil Participacoes SA , Brazil's largest healthcare company, for about $4.9 billion in cash.

** NETFLIX INC , Friday close $66.56, up 6.4 pct premarket

Morgan Stanley upgraded the video streaming company to "overweight" from "equalweight," saying the company is poised to leverage its domestic cost structure and potentially become a global video platform, Benzinga reported.

** OCLARO INC , Friday close $2.63, down 3 pct post-market

The optical components maker announced preliminary first-quarter revenue of $149 million - below analysts' estimates of $162.2 million, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.

** POPULAR INC , Friday close $18.60, up 0.13 pct post-market

The bank holding company declares dividends on preferred stock, announces distribution on trust preferred securities.

** ZYNGA INC , Friday close $2.48

The company's inexorable decline over the past six months, capped by a sharp reduction in its 2012 outlook on Thursday, has sharpened interest in what Chief Executive Mark Pincus will do next.

** WAL-MART STORES INC , Friday close $75.13 ** AMERICAN EXPRESS CO , Friday close $58.56

The companies said they will hold a conference call on Monday to make a financial services announcement.

** HOME DEPOT INC , Friday close $63.20

Barclays raised the price target of the home improvement retailer to $70 from $60.

The company said the previously announced merger of Sunoco Inc with one of ETP's subsidiaries was complete.

Barclays Capital cut the price target of the largest nuclear operator to $36 from $40.

** INTERSIL CORP , Friday close $8.11

J.P. Morgan Securities cut the chipmaker's stock to "underweight" from "neutral". The brokerage also cut its price target on the stock to $5.00 from $8.00.

** GOOGLE INC , Friday close $767.65

Google's YouTube, now carrying more polished output, will announce more original channels to the 100 it has introduced in the last year, New York Times reported.

** MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS INC , Friday close $27.79

J.P. Morgan Securities raised the chipmaker's stock to "neutral" from "underweight."

** PHILIP MORRIS INTERNATIONAL , Friday close $93.74

Nomura Equity Research raised the price target of the company, which owns the Marlboro, L&M and Bond Street brands, to $83.70 from $80.50
