- Purchase Orders
Coupa supports email, cXML, EDI, or flat file transmission of Purchase Orders to suppliers along with PO ACK and ASN’s. Suppliers can also login to the Coupa Supplier Network to receive orders from customers. Suppliers can review and acknowledge orders from all of their Coupa customers in a single location.
- Invoicing
Suppliers with cXML, EDI, or flat file invoicing capability can send invoices directly to Coupa customers. In addition, they can use the free Coupa Supplier Network to view, create, and submit invoices directly into their customers Coupa account, eliminating the need for customers to enter invoices manually.
- Punch Out
Coupa is fully compliant with Punch Out, the electronic business XML standard which lets users purchase catalog items at a third-party site through Coupa. Users get access to the supplier’s site with up-to-date pricing without the customer having to maintain the catalog or pricing.
- Coupa Supplier Network
The Coupa Supplier Network (CSN) is a free alternative for suppliers without cXML or EDI capabilities. It provides an easy way for them to automate their purchasing transactions with their Coupa customers and it’s absolutely free.
