New executives to drive continued growth in contact center market
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Altivon (www.altivon.com) today announced several new members of the executive team. Bill Leasure joins the company as Vice President of Sales Operations and Consulting Services. Michael Wiesblatt is now Vice President of Sales and Heather Turbeville joins as Marketing Manager. All three bring contact center market experience to their roles. Altivon provides contact center solutions that improve the customer experience.

Leasure is responsible for the Altivon Innovation & Optimization practice as well as delivering tools to assist prospects considering Altivon solutions. He joins the company from Genesys where he was Director of Sales Operations for North America and prior to that Director of Business Consulting for North and South America.
Wiesblatt has extensive telecom and contact center experience including senior account management positions at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Genesys Telecom Labs, and VoiceGenie Technologies. Responsible for all sales efforts across North America, his leadership of and direction for the Altivon sales team has already made a positive impact.
Turbeville is overseeing all marketing efforts for Altivon including communications, events, lead generation, advertising, and online marketing. She comes to Altivon with more than 13 years of contact center and technology marketing experience in companies including Aspect Software, NetApp, Adaptec, and One to One Interactive.
