Greenberg, president of The Greenberg Group, was chosen by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as an instructor for its educational program on Retail Site Selection during 2012. It was the 20th consecutive year Mr. Greenberg has lectured as ICSC’s “Professor of Site Selection”.
Mr. Greenberg teaches “Understanding the Retailer’s Site Selection Criteria” – at both ICSC’s University of Shopping Centers, at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the Executive Learning Series in New York City.
