Washington, D.C. – The U.S. Conference of Mayors today is working with USCM President Michael A. Nutter and the City of Philadelphia in partnership with the Financial Planning Association of Philadelphia Tri-State Area, the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, and the Foundation for Financial Planning to host a free day of financial planning services, workshops and one-on-one advice from certified financial planners. The event will be ongoing from 3:30 pm to 8 pm. Mayor Nutter will deliver remarks, visit with volunteers and attendees and discuss the importance of financial literacy. Walk-ins are welcome.
