University of Idaho leverages Trumba's flexible event management features to provide calendaring for the entire university including individual department websites as well as a university-wide rollup calendar. The Trumba security model allows the University to secure some calendars more than others, allowing only a calendar editor or publisher to submit events; other calendars provide open submission forms allowing any student, faculty or staff to submit an event for review before publication.
