TABLE-Czech end-Sept state debt up to CZK 1.652 trillion

Oct 10 (Reuters) - The Czech Republic's gross central government debt rose to 1.652 trillion crowns ($85.37 billion) at the end of Sept, from 1.636 trillion crowns at the end of June, the Finance Ministry said on Wednesday.

In the third quarter, a 0.9 billion crown loan tranche was drawn from the European Investment Bank.

In domestic issuance activity, total gross issuance of government bonds reached 28.3 billion crowns in the third quarter.

NOTE. Data show levels as of the end of the period listed. The modified duration figure stands for marketable debt only and includes the Finance Ministry's interest rate swap transactions.

Average maturity was within the ministry's target of 5.0-6.0 years.
