MOSCOW, Oct 10 (Reuters) - Russia ran a budget surplus of 635.8 billion roubles ($20.40 billion), or 1.4 percent of gross domestic product, in the first nine months of the year, the Finance Ministry said on Wednesday, citing preliminary data.
The figure is calculated on the basis of cash transferred to budget funds recipients.
