The British impact protection company has a heritage firmly rooted in the sports market, and as market leader in protective wear and shock absorbing materials, the team are continually developing innovations in this marketplace. D3O welcomes Marcus Illingworth as Sports Business Development Manager and Toby Glyn as Footwear Business Development Manager, to support the D3O’s increasing range of high performance, flexible and ultra thin protection solutions.
Toby Glyn joins D3O from global sports brand Adidas and his role will see him drive the launch of D3O’s new athletic footwear solutions. Toby worked for Adidas for 12 years across sports marketing, product management and sales management. He brings a wealth of experience in the sports industry and most recently worked as the Global Sports Marketing Manager for Tennis & Olympic Sports at Adidas.
Marcus Illingworth has extensive experience in Sales for premium branded sports apparel, footwear and equipment where he has developed business across UK and International markets for brands such as Pringle of Scotland, OGIO and Gemwell.
