The panel will examine services transformation and the business drivers and catalysts behind it. Panel moderator, Compuware Changepoint Senior Vice President and General Manager Lori Ellsworth, will be joined by Ruth Fornell, Vice President Global Professional Services, NCR; Eric Crump, Vice President, Professional Services & Education, Vertafore; and Linda Ungaro, Global Services Director, Compuware Changepoint.

Service Transformation is also the theme of this year's Technology Services World, which takes place October 15-17, 2012, in Las Vegas.
