As Manager of Marketing and PR, D'Balentine will be in charge of creating a plan that will become Kyyba's in-house marketing department, which will include public relations and media production. She will be helping to implement cross-media tactics, and putting emphasis on refining Kyyba's online presence. She will also be in charge of the overall Kyyba brand. One of the keynote projects she will be working on is the upcoming Software Unit's marketing strategy.

"Originally, I met with Kyyba to discuss a different opportunity," said D'Balentine. "After a few meetings, the offer for developing an in-house marketing department was presented. Part of my decision to accept was based on Kyyba's core values. I was more than delighted to accept."

Kyyba's recent growth has called for an increase in experienced professionals that can bring invention and innovation to the table that will bring Kyyba to the next level. The CEO Tel Ganesan has a vision for growth that requires hiring the best talent in the market. The company's strategy for finding, retaining and growing elite talent involves pushing the envelope and allowing innovation to play a big role. Ganesan has a true entrepreneur spirit and he employs that in seeking out key players. After meeting D'Balentine, he recognized the opportunity and knew it was time to begin to aggressively grow the company's in-house marketing and media capabilities.

"I met Angeline and was immediately impressed by her skills," said Tel Ganesan. "I was also equally impressed by her personality and belief system. She's someone who reads from my own play book! I'm one who can think outside of the box, and so does she. I'm not afraid to make a move when needed. She has the same trait. Not wanting to miss the opportunity, I had the offer made to her. I'm excited to see what she'll do for Kyyba."
