(Nasdaq:FXCB), holding company for Fox Chase Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on or about December 28, 2012, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 18, 2012. Because of uncertainty regarding the future taxation of dividends, Fox Chase Bancorp's board of directors has accelerated the timing of the dividend for the first quarter of 2013 into the fourth quarter of 2012 to maximize the after-tax value to its shareholders.
