FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Dec. 10, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MEDL Mobile, Inc. (OTCBB:MEDL) – a pioneer in the creation, development, marketing and monetization of mobile apps – announced today the launch of a special holiday app, "Santa Bomb," for the upcoming Christmas holiday. The app is available for iPhone in the Apple App Store.

"Santa Bomb" was the brainchild of MEDL's VP of Technology, Jeffrey Berthiaume who has been known to dress up in a Santa suit and "bomb" his way into other people's photos. The holiday app comes with more than a dozen different poses of a Santa Claus whose face is familiar to the MEDL team. The poses range from a jolly Santa to Gangnam style to jazz hands and many more.

Users can choose existing photos from their iPhone or take a photo in the holiday moment. Within the app, the user will also have their own special album saved to the app with all their "Santa Bombs" to view and show off their time with Santa.

"We've had a fantastic year, and a lot of fun with some great clients, and we wanted to thank the mobile industry for supporting us." Said Jeffrey Berthiaume, VP of Technology at MEDL. "The 'Santa Bomb' app is our way of offering a holiday greeting to everyone, thanking them for this past year, and looking forward to much more fun and mobile entertainment in the future!"
