MSPA-NA Welcomes New Board of Directors for 2013


LOUISVILLE, Ky., Jan. 29, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Mystery Shopping Providers Association of North America (MSPA-NA), the trade association representing the customer experience metrics industry, has announced its 2013 Board of Directors.

Stan Hart of RitterAssociates, Inc. is going into the second year of his term as the association's president. He leads a newly-configured Board in 2013, which features shorter Board terms and a redesigned committee structure.

"This past year the association went through many noteworthy changes," said Hart. "MSPA switched management companies and created a new website. With an emphasis on developing a closer working relationship with shoppers this year, we expect 2013 to be a milestone year. I look forward to this Board taking the association to new heights of success."
