Walker is the Chief Development Officer for iconic brands Beef 'O' Brady's and The Brass Tap, and he is credited with developing Beef 'O' Brady's abroad. For 13 years he has held key leadership positions at noted national restaurant brands, including Chief Development Officer for Baja Fresh and President of Cinnaworks, a franchise group of Cinnabon, has a unique background in both operations and franchise development. In addition, Walker earned a Global MBA from Duke University, and is also a professionally trained chef.
