Lincoln Property Company Boosts Occupancy Rates With ReachLocal

(Nasdaq:RLOC), a leader in local online marketing solutions for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), today announced that it's online marketing solutions, ReachSearch and ReachRetargeting, have helped longtime client Lincoln Property Company drive revenue at their communities by increasing occupancy rates along with a lower cost per lease. With the high return on investment (ROI) received from working with ReachLocal, Lincoln Property has also been able to reduce their in-house marketing costs and improve the quality of their customer service teams.

Lincoln Property Company, the third largest property manager in the United States, wanted to increase its occupancy rates, but was not reaching enough prospects with traditional marketing efforts. At first, Lincoln Property tried managing Google AdWords campaigns in-house, but found that it was too time consuming and the results were well below their expectations.
