(NYSE:GLF) ("GulfMark") today announced that the exchange offer relating to the outstanding $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 6.375% Senior Notes due 2022 (the "Notes"), which commenced on January 16, 2013 expired on February 14, 2013 at 5:00 p.m., New York City time. As of the expiration date, holders of $500,000,000, or 100%, of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes have tendered their Notes for exchange. GulfMark has accepted all Notes validly tendered and not properly withdrawn. Holders of Notes previously tendered for exchange no longer have the right to withdraw tenders of Notes.
