The company, which has designed and handcrafted jewelry and gifts in Los Angeles for over 21 years, has been making strategic hires within the management team over the past 12 months. Larson will bring his expertise in strategy development, social media marketing, technology and e-commerce platforms to Dogeared.
Larson most recently served as a Managing Partner and CMO of Transformworks, Inc., a specialty retail professional services firm. Working with a variety of retailers, including Fredericks of Hollywood, Orvis, Elaine Turner, American Greeting, Vitamin Shoppes, Carters, and Abercrombie and Fitch, Larson directed initiatives including social selling, crowd commerce, M-commerce and mobile platform implementation, executive strategy, and supply chain management.
Larson has also served in a leadership position at The Orvis Company, Britches at Georgetowne, and was a founding executive at Hot Topic.

She led the online merchandising efforts for Cooking.com and numerous E-Commerce accounts, including Starbucks and The Food Network. Her background also includes extensive retail merchandising experience at Macy's, Gap, Inc., Levi Strauss & Co. and the TJX companies.
Walkley most recently served as Director of Marketing for Downtown Santa Monica and Third Street Promenade. Her career has focused on retail development, branding, PR and social strategies on both the client and agency side. She's worked with Macerich's Santa Monica Place and Westside Pavilion shopping centers, Westcor, MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, The Arizona Lottery, and the Arizona Cardinals.
