LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 5, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Mystery Shopping Providers Association of North America (MSPA-NA), the trade association representing the customer experience metrics industry, has announced the launch of Shopper Membership.
The new category joins the Provider and Associate Membership categories of MSPA-NA. Overwhelming approved by the MSPA Provider Members in 2012, Shopper Membership was created to foster better communication between member companies and shoppers.

Certified shoppers are eligible for a free Shopper Membership when they register before June 4, 2013. Membership can be activated here and is valid for one year from activation date.
