Joe Rangel is a former VP Film & TV executive of EMI Music Publishing, EMI-Capitol Records, and Miramax Films. He has designed Hitcher to be a company that connects music & talent across all synchronization media, soundtracks and more. In addition to major & independent labels, the company represents a number of music publishers, artist management firms, and individual artists & songwriters.
