(NYSE:IFMI) ("IFMI"), a financial services firm specializing in credit-related fixed income investments, today announced that its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., local time, at the offices of Duane Morris LLP, at 1540 Broadway, New York, New York 10036. Stockholders of record at the close of business on May 24, 2013 will be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
In accordance with Rule 14a-5(f) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), IFMI has determined that written notice of stockholder proposals made pursuant to Rule 14a-8 of the Exchange Act must be received by IFMI at its principal executive offices by the close of business on or before May 25, 2013 in order to be considered for inclusion in IFMI's proxy statement for the Annual Meeting.
