The new ACA1210 push-pull amplifier and ACA1216 power doubler amplifier provide higher gain and output power levels, while minimizing overall current consumption. These new line amplifiers are optimized for 1 GHz systems and deliver excellent linearity to ensure peak performance in a fully-loaded spectrum.

ANADIGICS' complete family of 12 V line amplifier monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) leverage the Company's proven MESFET technology to offer world-class composite triple beat (CTB), composite second order (CSO), and cross modulation distortion characteristics, as well as industry-leading reliability. The ACA1210 delivers 18 dB of gain and +44 dBmV output power with a typical power consumption of 3 Watts, while the ACA1216 provides 27 dB of gain and +56 dBmV output power with a typical power consumption of 7.2 Watts.
