New Asset-Based Lending Manager Joins Banner Bank Commercial Banking Division

WALLA WALLA, Wash., June 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Banner Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Banner Corporation (Nasdaq:BANR), has hired Gregg Marsicano as Senior Vice President, Asset-Based Lending Manager to lead Banner's commercial asset-based lending services throughout its footprint the Pacific Northwest. Marsicano brings nearly 30 years of asset-based lending experience to develop creative financing solutions tailored to the specific needs of Banner Bank's clients and prospects.

Marsicano earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
